On September 23rd, graduate student Miles Taylor gave a brief talk to the Pacific Northwest Marine Aquarium Society (PNWMAS) on fluorescent proteins and their applications. PNWMAS is a non-profit organization that focuses on the education of the public for sustainable practices and the longevity of marine life in a controlled environment in hopes to reduce the negative impact of coral collection. Nice job bringing our research to a wider audience!
